Premier developed their Premstacker Pallet dispenser/stacker to meet a growing requirement from existing Inverter customers.
It was felt there was a need for a substantially built and totally versatile device as an option to some of the lighterweight continental models already on the market.
The Premstacker has a number of features which set it apart from the competition. The sidewalls are adjustable for width and can be set up to handle pallets from 800 to 1200mm wide. The lifting pins which hold the pallets can be adjusted to enter and exit exactly where required. Photo sensors prevent the accidental dropping of the stack and also guard against foot level entry while the machine is in motion.
It has also been designed for ease of maintenance with many of the body panels detachable and replaceable if hit by forklift truck.
The Premstacker requires compressed air and a 240 volt AC connection.
It is available with semi-automatic (hold-to-run) controls or as a totally auto-sequenced system which will dispense a new pallet 6 seconds after the previous one has been removed.
Another unusual aspect of the system is that the basic device can be integrated into a conveyor-fed system simply by setting it up on legs over a conveyor and modifying the controls.
The Premstacker is a fast, rugged and reliable piece of equipment which directly addresses the issues relating to the manual handling of pallets. As with Premier’s other equipment, we have machines available for on-site trial or rental at short notice.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
Premstacker is fully adjustable between dims 800 to 1200mm width and 800 to 1200mm depth. It will handle pallets of these sizes with a variable clearance.
Power Supply 6-10 bar compressed air + 220V single phase electrics.
Controls: Semi-automatic push button hold-to-run control with fully automatic option.
